Equipment Loan Process/Procedure

The Access Office has a limited number of assistive technology devices that can be loaned to students. The devices that we have must be used on campus and must be checked out and returned the same day. Students must agree to the checkout process and sign the checkout form each time a piece of equipment is checked out from the Access Office.
